Richmond and Jody Shee reside in the Kansas City area. Richmond, born and raised in Buddhism/Taoism in Malaysia, came to the U.S. in 1990, and after his first visit to a Baptist church, began meeting with a pastor who discipled him in Biblical Christianity. Richmond came to know the Lord through this ministry and is committed to passing on the truth to others. His wife Jody came to know the Lord through Youth for Christ and is a graduate of Calvary Bible College, Kansas City, Mo. (AA in Biblical Studies) and Ottawa University Kansas City (BA in communications). She writes professionally, but her first passion is studying the scriptures and passing the spiritual wealth on to others.

DOCTRINAL BASE
The truth in the materials presented on this site adhere to these doctrinal basics.
· The Bible is the verbally inspired Word of God as originally written. It is without error and therefore authoritative in everything it teaches.
· God eternally exists in three persons: the Father, Son and Holy Spirit
· Jesus Christ lived a sinless life and died, was buried and rose bodily from the dead the third day. He died to pay the penalty for every person’s sins, which is applied as individuals understand, acknowledge, trust in and confess his substitutionary death.
· The Holy Spirit convicts the world of sin and indwells converts to Jesus Christ at the point of salvation and seals their salvation unto the day of redemption. The Holy Spirit guides the believer toward spiritual maturity by empowering, convicting, ministering to and producing fruit. There is no “second work of grace” necessary to experience all that God has for the believer through the Holy Spirit. We do not get more of the Holy Spirit, though he may get more of us as we mature.
· The Church was established by Jesus Christ and is made up of believers in Christ who, all together using their spiritual gifts, demonstrate a good likeness of Christ as his body left on earth to continue fulfilling his purposes.
· Believers are expected to grow in spiritual maturity and lead others toward a mature relationship with the Lord. This Web site/blog is here to help.
